decent stay
excellent gym weight machine family room low food quality watered down drink red wine
the hotel had a excellent gym. i used the treadmill and several weight machines daily. cleaners kept our family room tidy with fresh towels delivered each afternoon. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
the food quality was low and tasteless. the buffet always had identical dishes. some drinks tasted watered down. i found the red wine terrible.

fantastic family fun
adults only area many pools delicious street food
I found plentiful pools, including options for adults only. there were great cocktails available at several bars. rooms were spacious and comfortable. I noted the staff maintained them very well. street food options added a nice variety. I really liked the selection.
the elevators sometimes took a while, particularly during peak hours.

the buffet offered a wide selection of dishes, including local and international cuisine. i noticed a dedicated kids' section with smaller portions and familiar favorites. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. They promptly addressed any requests. i observed that they provided excellent service at the restaurants and bars. the cleaning staff were thorough and kept everything super clean.

various pool kids slide friendly staff food quality crowded restaurant long queue
The hotel provided several pools suitable for kids. Slides at the pools were a fun addition (especially for my kids). The staff members were friendly and helpful .
The food quality was not consistently at a five-star level. The restaurant became really crowded during peak hours, such as August. There were noticeable queues at the food stations in the main restaurant.
